We have recently upgraded our online assessment systems.  As a result, there are some changes to system access and login that you need to know:

1. The system URL has changed to https://ondemand.shl.com. Please bookmark this new URL and use it for future logins.

2. Your username may have changed slightly.  If you experience difficulty logging in and your username used to be of the form ‘a_username1’, please replace the underscore with a full stop or hyphen – for example: ‘a.username1’ or’ a-username1’, and try logging in again.  The changes will not have affected your password, so this should work as normal.

3. If you have been sent a link that starts with http://www.shlsolutions.com or http://www2.shlsolutions.com and it fails to work, please replace the 'www.shlsolutions.com' or 'www2.shlsolutions.com' part of the link with ondemand.shl.com . The rest of the link URL should remain the same.
