Professional Bodies
SHL has a long history of working closely with professional bodies both at national and international levels, especially in the field of work and organizational psychology.
Helping the development of the profession
We have been strong supporters of the Level A/B test user certification scheme in the UK and similar schemes in other countries. We have also supported the development of test registration and review procedures in a number of countries.
SHL employees, working in their professional capacities as psychologists, have been significant contributors to the development of the profession around the world. We have played major roles in the development of standards within the International Test Commission, the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations and the International Standards Organisation as well as our various local national associations.
