OPQ32 Reports

Overview:

The following narrative reports are available for OPQ32 via the Expert Assessment System, Bureau Services, Online or Online Bureau.

Suitable for:

Directors and Senior Managers, Managers and Professionals, Graduates, Information Technology Staff: Some reports require interpretation by an appropriately trained individual.

Behavioral Styles Report*

For trained OPQ users, it combines a profile chart with a narrative report to give an overview of the individual’s likely way of behaving at work.

Candidate Feedback Report

A brief narrative report to be given to the individual to keep at the end of the feedback process.

Development Action Planner Report*

This report provides clear and succint information about an individual's strengths and development needs, for use in a development setting.  It is based on the Inventory of Management Competencies (IMC) Model and includes a clear summary of strengths and development needs for each competency based on personality styles, along with competency-based development actions to address specific areas of limitation.

Premium Report*

One each of all the individual reports: OPQ32 Profile, User Report, Manager's Report, Candidate Report, Management Competency Profile and Team Type and Leadership Style Report.

Leadership Report

The SHL Leadership Report helps you assess leadership bench strength and develop breakthrough Leadership. The results from the OPQ are used to generate the Leadership Report, which identifies leadership capacities in four core domains: developing the vision, sharing the goals, gaining support, and delivering on success.

Manager Plus Report - New!

This concise new report is designed for use with and by managers. It uses clear succinct bullets and tables for ease of interpretation, and provides simple comments on each of the personality traits.  The report incorporates part of the Universal Competency Report to provide information on likely performance against key competencies and key elements of the Team Impact Selection Report to provide likely interactions within teams.

Manager Report

Designed to be used as the basis for a written report for the untrained reader, this contains the same narrative information as the OPQ User Report but without the profile chart and with a more thorough introduction.

Management Competency Profile*

A highly graphical report which outlines how an individual's typical way of behaving is likely to impact on a range of key management competencies.

Profile Report*

Graphical representation of sten scores demonstrated by the candidate on all 32 personality scales.

Sales Report

The Sales Report identifies sales potential using a new SHL sales competency model.

  • It is built on the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) and the Motivation Questionnaire (MQ) (optional). 
  • It measures sales success factors in three critical areas: Sales Foundations (sales
    effectiveness), Motivation, and Sales Cycle (sales process).
  • The SHL Sales Report has been validated across sales roles in multiple industries and countries. It is one of the most up-to-date
    sales models in the world.

Team Impact Reports

The Team Impact Reports from SHL are practical, cost-effective, and easy to implement solutions that help you foster efficient and effective teams. They were created specifically for managers, supervisors, and HR specialists to select, manage, and develop workplace teams and team members.

Team Building & Leadership Styles Profile*

Profile charts based on Belbin's team types and Bass's leadership and reporting styles.

Team Building & Leadership Styles Report*

Concise, graphical and narrative reports based on:

  • Belbin's team types, looking at the individual's preferred roles when working as part of a team.
  • Bass's leadership and reporting styles, looking at the candidate's preferred leadership styles and likely style of behaving as a direct report to their manager.

Universal Competency Report (UCR)

This report is intended for use by line managers involved in the recruitment and develoopment of their staff.  It provides information about an individual's potential to perform across 20 critical job competencies.
