This is a self-paced online course aimed at users who have already taken SHL’s Personality and Ability Testing in the Workplace course or have equivalent knowledge. This course focuses on interpreting and feeding back the OPQ32 profile, specifically covering an introduction to the OPQ, the structure of the OPQ, ways of using the OPQ, and examines distortion and impact on interpretation as well as the feedback process.
