Online testen

Binnen de beroepsgroepen van HR en arbeidspsychologie is een discussie gaande over de waarde die het internet biedt op het gebied van tests en beoordelingen. Vraagstukken over vermeende competenties, fraude en de validatie dat de persoon die de vragenlijst online invult ook daadwerkelijk de persoon is die men zegt te zijn, hebben geleid tot vele artikelen in de vakliteratuur en discussies op congressen. Daarbij komt nog het veiligheidsvraagstuk: hoe veilig zijn de testresultaten wanneer zij via het wereldwijde web verstuurd worden?

SHL is trots een bijdrage te leveren aan dit debat en aan het formuleren van normen en praktijken en stelt richtlijnen op ten behoeve van klanten. Bovendien investeren wij aanzienlijk in IT-veiligheid en -infrastructuur.
