Sales Support Agent

Description:

Working in a Territory Hub office in a support role to the field teams; responding to remote requests and fulfilling these within the agreed SHL Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Some of these SLAs will be specific to the local Territory requirements, as agreed with the local Sales VP.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organising meetings, booking rooms, liaison with clients to co-ordinate event.
• Organisation of travel and co-ordination of diaries.
• To own and update client records in Salesforce.com (SFDC), in line with sales manager requirements and according to the SHL database rules. Responsible for ensuring client evidence is saved to a central file for key changes, e.g. company name change, and that this is updated in all other SHL systems.
• Formatting proposals and presentations to a set quality standard and assisting in responses to Tenders.
• Producing materials for specified Sales Team and Product Expert Teams  including photocopying/printing, collating and binding.
• Scanning Bureau offline answer sheets, generating linked standard reports and saving these to a central file for the Bureau Fulfilment team.
• Assisting with the generation of standard reports for the local VP to support sales management.
• Client liaison for simple queries.
• Answering the telephone, taking detailed messages and passing on the information quickly to the relevant person.
• Assisting in general office including ensuring adequate supplies of stationery for Field Sales & Professional Services personnel.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Managers or Sales and Professional Services teams.

Skills & Experience:
• Competent at using MS word/PowerPoint to intermediate level (creating tables, contents pages, header/footers etc); ability to use excel
• Language skills appropriate to territory (if applicable)
