SHL, a global HR consulting firm, has an opening for a Senior Professional Services Consultant in our Boulder office.  SHL is a world leader in the assessment and development of people, work, and organizations. 

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will support the design of innovative and practical client solutions, work on consulting projects and activities, interface with clients, and help develop business.  Work areas include job analysis and competency modeling, recruitment and staffing, selection and validation, talent management, and 360° feedback.  

Primary Responsibilities

A Senior Professional Services Consultant will work as part of multi-office team. Ensuring high standards of quality for all assignments, as well as maximum client satisfaction is imperative. The following activities will critical to this position:
• Manage client projects, serving as primary client liaison from project concept to completion.
• Create and facilitate client presentations, training sessions, and assessment centers.
• Provide continuous and positive customer service to clients.
• Develop new business and grow business with existing clients.
• Support the ongoing maintenance, development, and localization of products.
• Manage client and product related research projects

Qualifications

• Master Degree in I/O Psychology w/ABD, preferably Ph.D. in I/O Psychology.
• Strong skills in research design, statistical analysis, as well as validation and assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency with SPSS and Excel is required.
• Experience in an applied setting preferred; also interest in applying technology.
• Occasional overnight travel will be involved.
• Relocate, if necessary, to Boulder, Colorado area.
