The emphasis on blended learning comes in response to SHL research on e-learning which found that neither pure classroom learning nor 100% online training is effective for most people. SHL’s refreshed training programme brings together the best of both techniques ensuring that HR professionals benefit from comprehensive training in a user friendly format.
Created in conjunction with Epic, specialists in e-learning solutions, SHL’s online training also includes new features including a Virtual Consultant, a friendly face offering top tips and guidance on all aspects of SHL’s assessments and the recruitment process itself.
Also benefiting from SHL’s investment is its Academy, which now has a new home in top class surroundings within a prestigious Victorian style De Vere hotel at Hartsfield Manor in Surrey. A number of large training rooms as well as smaller syndicate rooms for break out sessions within the hotel have been dedicated to SHL’s training programme.
