SHL, a leading provider of psychometric assessment and development solutions, has launched an HR Health Check initiative for the public sector to help government departments, local councils and the emergency services understand how they can attract talent, engage their workforce and provide best practise people management.
Headed up by Sean Howard, SHL’s new Director of Dependability, HR Health Check is a free recruitment process review providing access to HR analysts and occupational psychologists.
