Motivation Questionnaires

What does it measure?

The SHL Motivation Questionnaire measures 18 dimensions of an individual’s motivation, and provides a comprehensive understanding of those situations which will increase and reduce their motivation. It also helps to determine how long, and under what circumstances, effort will be maintained.

The motivation dimensions are grouped into four areas: energy and dynamism, synergy, intrinsic, and extrinsic. The time to complete the questionnaire is approximately 25 minutes (untimed).
