What do they measure?

They were created specifically for managers, supervisors, and HR specialists to select, manage, and develop workplace teams and team members. Three new reports are available:

  • SHL Team Impact Selection Report
  • SHL Team Impact Individual Development Report
  • SHL Team Impact Group Development Report.

The SHL Team Impact Reports focus on critical processes and functions that determine if a team can successfully deliver results.  The emphasis on team processes makes it easier to link a team’s effectiveness to their outputs because managers and team members have a better understanding of how the team works together to achieve specific objectives. These new reports are excellent compliments to traditional team role/team type assessments.
