In addition, it provides you with a structured interview guide for five key competencies and an interview summary assessment sheet. The report is based on a combination of job competency information and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) results.
The report has been designed for use by line managers who need to make hiring decisions and want to know how closely a candidate 'fits' with the role. You may not need to be an OPQ32 registered user to obtain this report, as it presents all the information you need in an easy to understand fashion.
In order to request a Person-Job Match Report you need to:
- Develop a competency profile for the job that you wish to report against by using the SHL Competency Profiler Cards;
- Enter the Competency Profile online and click 'Request Person-Job Match Report'.
- Complete the next page with Job Objectives and click 'Request Person-Job Match Report'.
An SHL representative will then contact you to discuss your request, agree the best way of collecting OPQ32 information for your candidates, and agree how you would like to receive the report (by email or hard copy). The SHL Bureau will then fulfill your request and provide you with the Person-Job Match Report for the specified candidates.
In high-stake situations, SHL strongly recommends that an in-depth job analysis is conducted by an HR professional or person experienced in job analysis.
