Data Protection

Data protection and privacy laws ensure that information collected and collated during the assessment process are used solely for the purposes for which they are gathered. The introduction of online assessment and storage has prompted further guidelines and advice to be developed for the HR community.  SHL has supported its clients in being part of the body creating these guidelines and ensuring that you too understand your role with regard to your applicants and employees
