The three SHL Occupational Interest Inventories, GOII, AOII and MII, also part of the AIMS portfolio, have been designed to cover the whole range of age, experience and education, from school leavers with no academic qualifications through to graduates and experienced managers.

For use with qualified school leavers, graduates and professionals. Nineteen occupational categories cover professional, managerial, technical, educational and administrative occupations, including interest in medical, educational, legal administrative, media, design, scientific and engineering areas.
