The three SHL Occupational Interest Inventories, GOII, AOII and MII, also part of the AIMS portfolio, have been designed to cover the whole range of age, experience and education, from school leavers with no academic qualifications through to graduates and experienced managers.
Sopii:
Designed for non-professionals with few educational qualifications. The respondents’ preferences are profiled against 18 interest categories, including selling goods and services, supervision and clerical work. Occupations include nursing, childcare, table waiting, sales representative, security worker, chargehand, secretary, farm worker, graphic designer, dressmaker, maintenance electrician and plumber.
