The OPQ Factor Model gives a broad view of personality. The 16 personality dimensions in the Factor Model can be measured by two alternative questionnaires.

What does it measure?

The SHL OPQ Factor Model Questionnaire measures 16 dimensions of an individual’s personality. The OPQ Factor Model dimensions are grouped into four areas: relationship with people, thinking styles, emotions and energies. The OPQ Factor Model is available in both a normative and ipsative version.

Factor 4.2 is based on an ipsative, forced choice, format and is recommended for use in selection situations. The time to complete the questionnaire is approx 25 minutes (untimed).

Factor 5.2 is based on a normative  format. This straightforward approach makes it appropriate for use in a range of applications including training, development and counselling. The time to complete the questionnaire is approx 25 minutes (untimed).
