Overview:
MGIB 2004 is the first of a new breed of shortened ability tests that provide clients with the capability to assess candidates in verbal and numerical reasoning, more quickly than many existing ability tests on the market, whilst at the same time retaining all the rigour and reliability that clients expect from SHL.
MGIB 2004 is the latest test within the Management and Graduate Item Bank (MGIB), designed for the assessment of graduates, managers and professional staff in a wide range of positions. MGIB 2004 has the most extensive set of norm data available having been drawn from over 23,000 people’s data across 95 occupational groups.
These new paper and pencil tests are shorter in administration time than their comparative ability tests, and as such are much quicker for the candidate to complete and for the administrator to score. The reduction in length has no impact on the levels of reliability achieved.
Suitable for:
Graduates and managers from all industry sectors who are educated to A Level standard. It is available in English at this time.
