DecisionMaker

Overview:

The DecisionMaker software allows:

  • Job profiling - to determine which competencies are significant for a specific role; and
  • Candidate assessment - to consider those competencies of the candidates against the job or role competencies.

The first part of the software is the job profile where the 16 competencies are described and paired. From each pair the user must select the item most important for the job, using a 'wizard' format.

Based on the job profile the system then recommends a series of ability tests and a personality questionnaire. Tests are then administered on-screen to the candidates, and on completing the teses, three reports are available:

  • A Merit list - listing all candidates in order of how they compare to the competencies required for the job.
  • Candidate Profile - a detailed breakdown of a specific individual candidate's scores.
  •  Interview Guide - an interview guide for a specific candidate.

Suitable for:

There are two levels for which DecisionMaker is suitable: customer service and sales staff, and secondly there is a graduate level version of the system.
