Scorable Application Forms

Scorable Application Forms provide the user with a quick competency-based questionnaire to be used in the initial screening stage of recruitment. Users identify the key competencies for a specific role and, using these, a scoring key is developed for the specific role. Using a Scorable Application Form, clients can understand how each applicant compares to the competency profile of the job role.
SHL is also able to design bespoke scorable application forms for clients.

There are four Scorable Application Forms aimed at call centre/customer facing staff, managers, graduates and un-skilled or semi-skilled job groups.
