Teams are becoming more and more critical to the success of companies. Globalisation, technology, and the nature of work make it more important than ever before that people work together effectively - no matter where they are located. There are also many different types of teams - from project teams to quality circles to production teams - that behave differently and have different objectives and needs.
Although the importance of teams in the workplace has increased, research on teams - and tools to help companies manage and develop them - has not kept pace. However, at SHL, we have developed a new set of team selection and development tools ideal for today's new team environments.
