Leadership

Leadership is about influencing people so that they come to share common values and goals and therefore work more effectively in achieving the organization’s vision. How to identify the leaders of tomorrow is an issue that is currently hotly debated throughout organizations. Indeed, many view it as the area of talent management needing most attention.

SHL has developed the SHL Corporate Leadership Model that combines the currently fashionable 'transformational' and 'transactional' themes into four main functions that capture the qualities of leadership. We will continue to explore and expand our thinking in this area.
