  • Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) - one of the world's leading behavioural styles questionnaires. Used to help companies around the globe select candidates with the right competencies.
  • Advanced Managerial Tests - ideal for pinpointing existing talent that has the required reasoning, numerical and verbal abilities
  • Scenarios - available via a joint effort between SHL and the Quest Partnership. These assess aspects such as Managerial Judgment - an individual's ability to weigh up 'real-life' managerial situations and decide on appropriate and effective ways of handling them. They can be used to assess the current level of judgment, and also to provide feedback on how to improve performance in the future.
  • Simulation Exercises  - a variety of exercises such as role play, fact finding exercises, and analysis presentations. Designed to simulate real life workplace scenarios, performance in these exercises is usually assessed in our Development Centres.
  • Executive Assessment programs -  targeted to uncover tomorrow's potential leaders. These are in-depth assessment and consulting programs that can be tailored to your specific organisational needs.
