Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB)

Overview:

The critical reasoning test battery is designed to assess critical reasoning skills at administrative, supervisory or junior management levels to help you gather invaluable information on whether an individual has the thinking skills necessary to succeed in a role.

Suitable for:

School leavers, administrators/supervisors, junior managers, management trainees.

 



 

What does it measure?

VC1.3 - Verbal Evaluation

This verbal test is designed to measure a candidate's ability to understand written passages and evaluate the logic of various kinds of argument. The time taken to complete the test is 20 minutes.

NC2.3 - Interpreting Data

This verbal test is designed to measure a candidate's understanding of statistical tables and numerical data and the ability to make logical deductions from them. The time taken to complete the test is 20 minutes.

DC3.1 - Diagrammatic Series

This test is more abstract, and requires systematic but non-verbal reasoning. These items are designed to measure the ability to handle simultaneously one or more logical processes or symbolic sequences. The time taken to complete the test is 20 minutes.
