Overview: Development Solutions is a highly flexible, online system running multi-rater assessments that link directly to development plans and advice. It enables individuals and teams to undertake an assessment of skills/behaviours that make up the competencies relevant to their specific role. It then facilitates development by providing access to an online pool of development advice and coaching tips. Suitable for: All Levels.





The initial skills ‘diagnosis’ is through completion of a self-assessment, 180 degree or a 360 degree multi-rater feedback questionnaire. The individual, or the organization, constructs this questionnaire and invites raters to take part. Each competency is rated in order to identify strengths and development needs. Once completed, individuals are able to compile a development plan capturing the details of the development activity, target date for completion and the criticality of the development objective. The plan can be updated and reviewed online at any time by the individual or manager, helping to make ongoing development part of working life.
