Brainstorm 
Brainstorm is a management exercise that presents candidates with a variety of challenging business situations, and asks them to generate a list of ideas, suggestions and solutions.
What does Brainstorm provide?
SHL Brainstorm provides ratings of a candidate’s fluency in coming up with ideas, as well as their variety and originality. This gives you an objective and rounded assessment of the candidates’ ability to think creatively about new problems, simultaneously assessing them on three measures:
- The number of relevant answers a candidate gives to the question
- The variety of their suggestions and the diversity of the answers
- The originality of the candidate's answers compared to those of a representative group.
