SHL Reports allow you to use the information gained from personality questionnaires and ability tests in a practical way. In this section you can download examples of some of our more popular reports and find out how they can be used effectively in your organisation.
Custom Reports
We understand that our standard reports might not meet your requirements exactly and so we offer a Custom Report option that allows you to tailor your report to your business needs.
Based on our standard OPQ format, Custom Reports can:
- Speak the language of your competency framework for a fully integrated HR process
- Be branded to your look and feel for a consistent candidate and line-manager experience. This option is particularly useful if you have a strong brand that plays a part in attracting key staff
- Include useful add-ons such as ‘development planning’ reports or candidate-specific interview guides.

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire
Most of the reports in this section are generated from our Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). The OPQ is designed to provide businesses with information on an employee’s behavioural style and how it is likely to impact their performance at work. The reports produced from the OPQ results can benefit organisations in several ways:
