- Local norms study – Receive a local norms study which describes the distribution of assessment scores observed with your employees.
- Employee feedback – Assessment scores may be provided to employees who participate in this research. This type of feedback can be used to help identify strengths and developmental opportunities, and allows your employees to gauge their skill level in various areas.
