What is the Business Outcomes Study Report?
SHL regularly conducts studies with client organisations across the world to measure the ROI impact they realised from their assessment programmes. Each study evaluates the link between assessment-based people decisions and organisational performance, using metrics specific to the goals of the client organisation.
This data is summarised annually and the key findings shared in the Business Outcomes Study Report.
In the past year SHL completed 55 business outcome studies with its customers. The report features 12 of these outcomes as well as listing all key findings from the past seven years.
The outcomes span various industries, from financial service and retailers to hospitality and media. They also cover many different job types, including sales, management, customer service, and engineering roles.
