Kiev - SHL expands its business into the Ukraine

Kiev - SHL, a leading talent management company, has recently established a new subsidiary in Kiev, Ukraine and to support this launch ran a conference ‘Best Practices in Talent Management’ in March. More than 70 delegates from the Ukrainian HR community attended the conference, which contained a range of sessions dealing with different aspects of talent management.
The presentations that were selected by the participants were best practice in competency-based talent management, use of assessment tools within employees’ personal development and talent management within global companies. There was also a focus on a recent Aberdeen Group research report that discussed how SHL’s talent management solutions directly impacted on organisational results.
“It was a fully interactive day. The conference offered everyone the chance to hear about the latest international trends in talent management and to learn how they are applicable to our market’” said Tatiana Khvatinina, Managing Director of SHL Russia and CIS.
