London - Two new Vice President appointments at SHL

London - SHL, a global leader in talent management, today announces the appointment of two new Vice Presidents. Stephen Read has been recruited as Vice President of Sales for UK and Ireland and Claire Little steps up from her previous role with the company to become Vice President of Professional Services for UK and Ireland. The appointments will support SHL’s growth and expansion strategy following its merger with PreVisor in January this year.
Stephen’s role will see him spearhead SHL’s new business propositions in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Mobility fields, working closely with organisations to realise value from ‘People Intelligence’ to ensure the highest quality employees are driving business objectives and growth. This also includes helping companies ensure the best possible experience for candidates and employees during both recruitment and internal mobility processes. Stephen’s career spans 18 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development and he joins SHL from leading business management software vendor, SAP, where he was director of SME Business in the UK and Ireland and a member of the UK Executive Board.
Claire Little has been a key figure at SHL since 2003, joining initially as Head of Client Relationships. In 2006 she became director of Global Training, managing the SHL training business around the world. More recently Claire held the position of Vice President of Emerging Markets with responsibility for growing new SHL territories in areas including the Middle East. Claire’s move to Vice President of Professional Services will see her assume responsibility for developing SHL’s consultancy business in the UK, Ireland and Middle East. Her main focus will be to enable the consulting business to work closer with SHL’s clients to ensure they have the right intelligence on their people to make the best possible business decisions.
