Ponna Arumugam, Chief Technology Officer
Ponna joined SHL in May 2013, through its parent company CEB, as Chief Technology Officer and sits on the Operating Committee at SHL. She has over 23 years of experience in information technology and has managed diverse teams across the globe for complex product development initiatives. Prior to joining CEB, she served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Symantec, leading the company’s development of next-generation portal and analytics for managed security services. Previous to her role in Symantec, she held various technology leadership positions over 14 years in Thomson Financial/Thomson Reuters, successfully integrating multi-cultural teams, as well as streamlining product development methodologies across business, product and technology development teams. In her final role at Thomson Reuters, she served as Vice President of Analytic Development, where she was responsible for technology integration related to the acquisition of Quantitative Analytics, Inc. into Thomson Financial. Ponna's early career included various software development positions at Unisys and OkiData with her first job as Research Scientist in Combat Vehicles R&D Establishment in India. Ponna holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Tom Monahan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Tom Monahan was named Chairman of the Board of Directors of CEB (NYSE: CEB) effective 1 January 2008. He has served as CEO since 1 July 2005 and as a company officer and director since 2001. Prior to this, he was a member of the firm's research and operating management team since the mid-1990s. Under Tom’s leadership, CEB has been one of the fastest growing professional/information service companies globally and has become one of the most respected authorities on management issues. Building on CEB's core ethic of service, his leadership team also pioneered a range of innovations in community investment and philanthropy—including notable community giving, pro bono advisory help, and an annual global service day.
Tom has helped redefine how the world's leading companies make their most important decisions. During his tenure, he led the firm's efforts on a wide variety of topics—including innovation and technology processes, operating and reputational risk, the structure and role of the financial sector, and employee productivity and performance. He is a widely quoted authority on management issues—particularly risk management, corporate governance, and ethical leadership.
Before joining CEB, Tom worked with Deloitte & Touche, the Committee for Economic Development, and Andersen Consulting. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and received his MBA with distinction from New York University.
Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a member of the CEO Fiscal Leadership Council, and Chair for Leadership Giving for Harvard University.

Robert Morgan, President and General Manager, SHL
Robert has over 20 years of senior talent management experience. He began his career in Human Resources and was Vice President of Human Resources for Office Depot headquartered in the U.S. He moved out of the Human Resources role at Spherion, a global staffing and recruitment company where he ran the Employment Solutions business including the outsourcing and consulting business. While at Spherion he also served as President of The Saratoga Institute. Prior to joining SHL in April 2010 as head of its Americas business, he served as President of Hudson’s Recruitment and Talent Management Business. In January 2011, he was appointed SHL’s Chief Marketing officer where he led the Company’s introduction of its current go-to-market strategy, including a rebranding and repositioning. In January 2012, he was appointed Chief Customer Officer and in October became President and General Manager of SHL. He has served on the advisory board for Brass Ring, The Florida Governors’ Council for Workforce Initiatives and the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for HR.Com’s Leadership and Quality of Hire boards. He has a degree in Economics from Wake Forest University.

Tony Anello, Executive Vice President, Americas
Tony has almost 20 years of experience driving revenue and leading teams in sales and customer service with over half of that time in the Human Capital Industry. Prior to joining SHL, Tony held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions. He was involved in the Legal and Information industry driving revenue for both Thomson Reuters and Lexis Nexis. In addition, Tony also served as Regional Vice President for techies.com, opening over 20 new markets and significantly contributing to growing revenue from 3m to 30m in 2 years. During his more than 10 years with SHL, he has designed, implemented and executed the go to market strategy as well as spearheading multiple initiatives that have become foundational for the company. As Executive Vice President for the Americas, he has responsibility for the SHL business in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Martin Franks, Chief Finance Officer
Martin has 17 years of experience in finance roles, the last 8 of which have been spent with SHL. He joined SHL in 2004 in a regional finance role when SHL was a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Since then, Martin has been involved in a number of internal and external projects in support of the SHL transition from a public company, through private equity ownership and the associated transformation of the business, followed by the merger with PreVisor and the transaction with CEB. He was appointed CFO in 2012 following SHL’s acquisition by CEB.
Prior to joining SHL, Martin was CFO at the LEWIS Communications Group, a global media relations consultancy specialising in the technology sector. His early career was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit and management consulting practices. Martin is a Chartered Accountant and has also an MA in French & German from Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge.

Leonie Dorkins, Managing Director HR
Leonie has 18 years of HR experience, and joined SHL in June 2013 having most recently led HR for the EMEA region at CEB. She started her career at ExxonMobil where she held a variety of specialist and generalist HR roles across eleven years in the UK and Belgium, including HR support across the corporate functions following the Exxon-Mobil merger. In 2006, Leonie moved to The Nielsen Company where she was HR Director for the UK Media and Entertainment businesses, additionally supporting global organizational change projects and integration initiatives arising from the company's purchase by private equity. Leonie joined CEB in 2009 and built a strongly embedded HR team, supporting the EMEA region's continuing evolution to a market-focused commercial structure and the integration of acquired businesses. Leonie holds a degree in Human Sciences from Jesus College, Oxford and is a Fellow of the CIPD.

Paul Levett, Chief Product Officer
Paul began his career at Gemini Consulting in 1994, before co-founding a successful online music company which was sold to a trade buyer in 2001. He subsequently held senior management positions at two other internet companies. Paul joined SHL in December 2003 and led SHL’s U.K. Product business for three years, successfully taking the Business online and growing both the revenue and profit substantially. He was appointed Commercial Director in 2006 and joined the Operating Committee in 2009, transforming marketing effectiveness and leading the Company towards a Solutions (rather than a product and services) focus over 4 years. He took up his current role as Chief Product Officer on completion of the merger with PreVisor in 2011, and oversees the group's product development and product management functions. Paul holds a First class BA honours degree and a Master's degree in Engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge.

Emmanuel Rilhac, Executive Vice President, Europe
Emmanuel leads our operations across continental Europe (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland).
He has over 17 years of progressive management experience, with a strong track record in global business development. Most recently, Emmanuel worked as the VP – Digital Transformation Leader for Cap Gemini Consulting in their Human Capital Practice. Here he was responsible, amongst other things, for the development of Intellectual Assets, defining and setting up the Digital Transformation Strategy and leading the global Go To Market team. Previous to this role Emmanuel worked at IBM for over 5 years taking on senior leadership roles within their worldwide retail, distribution and communications, consumer products and global delivery teams. Prior to that he led the European Operations of IMS Synavant and JDA Intactix. Emmanuel joined SHL in May 2013.

Anthony Parslow, Executive Director, Growth Acceleration and Commercial Operations
Anthony joined SHL in January 2013 from its parent company CEB and sits on the executive team of both organizations. At CEB, he was Executive Director, Corporate Strategy, Global Development and Professional Services and was responsible for the strategy around, acquisition and integration of SHL. Prior to joining CEB, Anthony’s leadership roles included General Manager for Datamonitor, Chief Operating Officer EMEA at Forrester Research as well as EMEA-level Sales Enablement and Sales Operations roles at IBM. Anthony has a first class honours degree in Commerce from NUI Galway and a Diploma in International Management from the Ecole de Management – Strasbourg.

Stephen Read, Executive Vice President, UK & Ireland
Stephen joined SHL in February 2011 as Vice President of Sales, was appointed to Managing Director for the UK & Ireland in January 2012 and joined the Operating Committee in November 2012 as Regional Executive Vice President for UK&I . Stephen leads the account management, consulting and commercial operations teams for SHL and has transformed the operation to deliver both significant growth and customer satisfaction levels. Stephen joined SHL from leading software vendor SAP where he was most recently the Director of the SME Business in UK and Ireland, and a member of the SAP UK Executive Board. Stephen has held a number of leadership positions at UK and International levels including Director of Global Partner Programs at Sony Ericsson, European Sales Director at Elateral Ltd (a VC backed provider of marketing solutions) and Partner Programme Manager EMEA at IBM.

Mike Tims, President Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East
Prior to his current role in SHL, Mike led the transformation of the localised assessment services practices into one global Professional Services function and also the initial development and roll out of Customer First, SHL’s cross-functional approach to ensuring customer centricity. Mike has 15 years' experience in talent management, joining SHL from the Hay Group where he held senior roles including leadership of the Financial Services and TMT practice. Prior to Hay Group, Mike’s career was in general management where he held MD roles in the manufacturing and IT sectors. His first job was in the army, serving as a captain in Germany, Cyprus and the Falkland Islands. Mike has a first class honours degree in Engineering. He joined SHL in October 2004.
