SHL’s Recruitment Process

1. Recruiter Interview

Your resume/application will be reviewed. If you are identified to move forward in the first step in the recruitment process, A SHL Recruiter will reach out to you to schedule a call or video interview.

2. Complete SHL Assessment(s)

You will have an opportunity to complete one or all of the following SHL Assessments. In no particular order:

  • Personality Assessment: The SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) assessment helps organizations understand how aspects of an individual’s behavioral style will affect his or her performance at work.
  • SHL Verify Interactive: The Verify G+ test leverages the strong relationship between abilities to measure three abilities—deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and numerical ability.
  • SHL Coding Interview: SHL Coding Interview provides a coding simulation in 50+ languages to enable recruiters to evaluate candidate’s coding skills.

3. SHL Video Interview

During the interview process, you may be asked to participate and complete an SHL Video Interview. The SHL Video Interview is an AI-scored online video assessment tool.

4. SHL Live Video Interview

You may have an opportunity to meet with our hiring team or hiring manager via SHL Live Video Interview. SHL Live Video Interview is a live interview tool that enables recruiters to interview candidates in real-time from the comfort of their desk or on the go. It streamlines the interview process, delivers engaging interview experience, and enables candidates to showcase their abilities beyond the resume.

5. Hiring Decision

Once all interviews have been completed, a hiring decision will be made and you will be in contact with your recruiter.
