Q: Why did you enter the field of I/O Psychology? 

A: It was the ideal blend of people and business...but without all the clinical stuff.  

Q: Were there any specific challenges or turning points in your career that influenced your path in I/O Psychology? 

A: Taking on a role as an HR Business Partner, it didn't necessarily influence my I/O Psych path...but it did open up a whole new perspective on how to apply it. 

Q: How do you see the field of I/O Psychology evolving in the coming years? 

A: AI aside...I/O Psych and the world of work will continue to evolve to a much more interconnected and complimentary talent ecosystem where areas such as Learning, Internal Mobility, Development, Rewards etc. increasing become more seamless and meaningful.
