Support Supervisor Solution
Description
The Support Supervisor solution is designed for entry-level leadership positions in the hospitality industry that oversee hourly employees in non-customer facing support positions (e.g. Janitors, Laundry Workers, Grounds Crew). Individuals in these roles may perform many of the duties of the employees they supervise. Sample tasks may include: assigning work tasks, taking corrective action when an employee is performing poorly, and monitoring employees to assess the satisfactory completion of tasks.
