Personality questionnaires assess personal behavioral preferences, that is, how you like to work. They are not concerned with your abilities, but how you see yourself in the way you relate to others, your approach to problems, and how you deal with feelings and emotions. With this type of assessment, there are no right or wrong answers.

The question that follows is an example of the type of question you may come across in a personality assessment. These questions are presented in the form of forced-choice triplets. More specifically, you are presented with three behavioral statements at the same time and instructed to select the statement that is most like you. Next, the selected statement disappears, and you are instructed to select the one statement of the two remaining that is most like you.
