  • Personality assessment - looks at work styles and behaviour - how candidates fit with certain work environments, how they work with others, and how they will cope with change.
  • Motivation Questionnaire - helps managers understand the work contexts which motivate and demotivate their staff, so they can unlock each individual’s full potential and direct their energies more constructively.
