The OPQ32 evolution
September 2009 saw a major evolution in the OPQ32, resulting in it being easier to use but also more precise. These developments have come about through revolutionary application of the latest advances in Item Response Theory, leading to:

- The ability to use OPQ32r across a broader range of education levels
- Scores with ‘normative’ properties on each of the 32 scales, from a forced-choice questionnaire format

If you are an existing user of OPQ32, the OPQ32r is fully backwards compatible, meaning all existing reporting options and comparison groups are available with the new questionnaire, and meaningful comparisons can be made between reports generated from the previous version of the questionnaire and those from the new OPQ32r questionnaire.
