The brief online survey inquires about your preferred support mode: telephone, computer, pen and paper, or in-person for assessments. Perhaps there might be aids for improved performance in in-person meetings, like a reader for assessment explanations or an interpreter for clear instructions.

Examples of possible assessment adjustments for neurodivergent candidates can include:  

• Extension of a timer on a timed test 
• Adjustment of the font size or color contrast 
• Demonstrating your job-related skills through a work sample or interview 

Sharing Neurodivergence with Recruiters

If you think your neurodivergence may affect your ability to demonstrate your job-related skills on the assessment you have been asked to complete, if you feel comfortable, you can make the recruiting organization aware of this as early as possible in the application process.
