What SHL is doing to learn more about neurodiversity?

In 2019, SHL established an industry-leading, Neurodiversity Research Program aiming to ensure our talent assessments are fair, inclusive, and accessible for everyone, with a particular focus on the neurodivergent community.

Our research reveals the strengths and experiences of the neurodivergent talent pool. Our valuable insights are expanding our research to improve best practices, particularly in understanding diverse neurodivergent categories and assessment methods.

How You Can Help Drive Research

There are a number of ways you can help us evolve our assessments and approach to assessing neurodiverse talent.

Share details of your area of neurodiversity by filling in our anonymous disclosure form when you complete our practice tests. This will help us to better understand how individuals with various areas of neurodiversity perform on and react to our assessments.

Share this site with other neurodivergent talent to help them benefit from this information and participate in this research.
