In 2019, SHL established an industry-leading Neurodiversity Research Program aiming to ensure our talent assessments are fair, inclusive, and accessible for everyone, with a particular focus on the neurodivergent community.

Assessing Neurodiverse Talent Report

Through our research, we are starting to understand the strengths and experiences of the neurodivergent talent pool. From our initial five studies, we have some informative findings. How You Can Help Drive Research

There are a number of ways you can help us evolve our assessments and approach to assessing neurodiverse talent.

Complete our practice tests and share details of your area of neurodiversity by filling in our accompanying disclosure form before the test and let us know your reactions in the short survey afterwards. This will help us better understand how individuals with various areas of neurodiversity perform and react to our assessments.
