Is there a memorable moment that you have shared with your team?
One of my most memorable moments at work was during a major client deliverable with a tight deadline. The team approached it with incredible energy, and it felt like a challenge we were excited to conquer. At the time, I was expecting, and naturally, my leaders and teammates were extra cautious about my well-being. I was told to log off early and rest. And while I truly appreciated their care, I remember feeling just a little upset, because I was having such a great time collaborating with the team that I didn’t want to miss out. Looking back, that moment beautifully reflects SHL’s culture - one that balances performance with empathy and always looks out for its people.
