Jora came to SHL from The Economist, where, as Chief Digital Officer, he led a four-year digital transformation. He created and executed a digital strategy to increase digital market share, and introduced an agile working approach to meet the constantly changing market demands such as the introduction of lean thinking and the shift to the cloud. This was a fundamental overhaul of customer experience through a relaunched economist.com and their apps as well as the introduction of audio and video services. He was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Elsevier and at Standard & Poors. Jora is a visionary leader who has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Global Digital Change Agents.
