This message is displayed when part of your assessment link is no longer hyperlinked and therefore cannot take you to the intended page.
Please copy and paste the entire link into your browser’s URL bar rather than clicking on it. Please ensure you include ~~ at the end of your link, where applicable.
Error 5210
Complete message displayed: “There was a problem with the assessment system, an error occurred. Please contact support. [Code #5210]”
This message may be displayed if your version of Adobe Flash Player is out of date. You can download the latest version for free at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer. Alternatively, you could use the Google Chrome browser, which already has Adobe Flash Player installed. For instructions on how to activate Flash, please click here.
This message may also be displayed when one of your browser software components is out of date or when your computer cannot connect to the assessment system due to your security settings. A firewall, or security software installed on your machine or on the network, may be blocking the test from downloading.
In Internet Explorer, you will need to add the following websites to your trusted sites.

You will need to refer to the provider’s website for instructions on how to add these to your Internet security software.

Error 4011
This message may be displayed if you have received an invalid link. Please inform your recruiter who will need to contact Technical Support so that they can provide you with a new link for your assessment(s).
We would recommend that you check your software settings are compatible with the test by using the Browser Analyser before contacting your recruiter.
Error 443
The error #443 may be presented if the link you are using is broken. We would advise to copy the entire link and paste this directly into the address bar.
Should the error message persist the assessment may be blocked by antivirus or firewall software deployed on your computer or network. Please add the following web addresses as trusted to any security software deployed. Please consult your antivirus/firewall manufacturer’s help documentation should you require further instructions on how to complete this step.
