Our Code of Conduct represents SHL’s values, and sets forth the standards of legal and ethical behavior required from our employees around the world.
SHL requires all its employees and partners to understand and follow the Code. SHL trains its employees annually and every employee must certify that they will comply with the Code. Failure to follow the Code can result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment. The Code is reviewed on an annual basis by our Compliance Board and they recommend updates, which are approved by our management team.
