SHL Pre-Signed European Standard Contractual Clauses
These pre-signed European Standard Contractual Clauses together with its Appendices (“SCCs”) will be incorporated into the Terms of your Order Form with SHL. If you wish to sign these SCCs, download the version available on this webpage, complete the information as the data exporter under Annex 1 on page 9, and then sign. Once you have signed, send the signed version to SHL by email to legal@shl.com and indicate your customer D# (available on your Order Form or from your SHL account manager).
