LONDON, UK, December 19, 2022 – SHL, the global leader in Talent Insight, today announces it is selling PDRI, a trusted provider of the workforce assessment services to US federal government agencies, to Pearson, the world’s leading learning company. 

“SHL has transformed its business to provide SaaS solutions to help global organizations better measure and manage the potential in their workforce,” said Andy Bradshaw, CEO SHL. “This transformation has moved SHL further towards repeatable packaged solutions for global commercial customers. The needs of the US Federal Government are less aligned to SHL’s strategic direction, making this a positive move for SHL and PDRI.”

The consideration for PDRI represents an enterprise value of $190m. Completion of the acquisition is expected to occur during H1 2023 subject to regular closing conditions, including any required regulatory filings or approvals.
