SHL’s experts develop scenarios that best explain and showcase each job opportunity. RJPs include a series of questions and powerful interactive multimedia, built in-house or by the SHL team, fully branded to your business.
Candidates are then immersed in three or four (typically) realistic scenarios, from which they select the response they feel is most appropriate to them.
