In this regard, Salwa Abdulla, Director - Projects and Programs Department at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, stressed on the importance of cooperation between the Authority and SHL. SHL is a leading international company that deploys artificial intelligence and innovative solutions in the talent management field. Salwa Abdulla has also indicated that this project will be a big leap in the hiring space,

“The project of building world’s first Arabic video interview solution, will be developed with the help of more than 1,000 federal government employees. It is added to a series of innovative efforts and initiatives launched by the authority at the federal government level; to upgrade the government work system, develop its tools, and keep up with of the latest developments in the fields of technology and human resource management.” Salwa Abdulla added.

Also, she highlighted that “the new platform will accelerate and improve the quality of the recruitment process and will help attract qualified talent suitable for the vacant job roles at various federal government levels., This will enhance the entire recruitment cycle, and save time and effort for human resources personnel in ministries and federal entities. Deploying technology and artificial intelligence (in the recruitment process) will allow them to focus on other, more strategic tasks and responsibilities.”
