The Changing Landscape of Pre-Hire Selection
New SHL Talent Assessment research reveals that more organizations than ever before-94 percent-rely on assessments as part of their hiring process. At the same time, traditional assessment methods are being re-considered in light of the changing nature of work, the increased amount and type of talent data, and changes in organizational strategy designed to increase competitive advantage.
These findings come from a new, global SHL survey adminstered to 3,135 HR professionals in November 2017 to identify emerging trends in the industry and their implications of managing talent in the digital era.
