SHL Labs continues to advance the Neurodiversity Research Program. Following on from the Assessing Neurodiverse Talent White Paper released in 2022, the program expanded in a number of ways.
The Annual Report 2023 provides a summary on the key activities, resources and enhancements delivered – and it provides a snapshot of the findings from multi-year studies that are helping us to better understand the neurodivergent experience at work.
The three areas explored are:

- Disclosure decisions
- Accommodation considerations
