Insights by Andy: Aligning Product Innovation to the Market Conditions
SHL’s virtual solution suite and RemoteWorkQ provide organizations with vital tools as they readjust to the impact of COVID-19.

I am not sure any of would have predicted at the start of the year that we would be living in a global pandemic, and I am sure like many of you – I am working from home at the moment – just like there are many remote workers around the planet.
I am delighted for SHL’s continued support for our customers. We have been innovating throughout this period, even amid the shift for our people to safely work remotely.
It has been a busy period for SHL! We have pivoted for our customers to make sure we are creating products that are aligned to the market conditions.
A few weeks back we launched our virtual suite of products, including video assessment and the virtual assessment and development centers. We launched those with a 60 day free of usage promotion.
It just felt like the right thing to do as organizations adapt to this new way of working. We hope that they will be used for hiring as well as development by a number of organizations as they readjust during this period.
In addition, we released a brand-new product called RemoteWorkQ. It is a unique product in the market. It was created to support insight for remote workers and their managers.
That insight can be used in terms of how to communicate with individuals, how to manage the individual, how to manage the interaction with the individual, and for the individual and managers to have that conversation.
Now it is not only relevant now, but I think remote working will continue in the future. And therefore, this solution has applicability as much within this period of global pandemic as it will going into the future. We will continue to require this level of insight into the workforce going forward.
More Innovation Coming
So, what else can you expect from SHL in the coming months? We are continuing to innovate! You will start to see more of our technology hiring solutions, which is another suite of unique products in the marketplace that helps organizations attract and assess Coders and IT workers, of which there is a global shortage. You will start to see this suite of products in the coming weeks.
